There are kits that are supposed to catch a pregnancy up to 4 days BEFORE your period is due... but I'd wait till the day your period would (theoretically, possibly) be due. I don't see as the clomid and metformin has any bearing on when you test... a fertilized egg is a fertilized egg. Unless clomid interferes with preg. tests?
