Belle -
I hadn't heard about Meridia coming off the market...wouldn't my internist
and endo know this? He asked me to check with my endo to make sure she was
okay with me taking it (along with everything else, I guess). She said
okay...maybe she is just hopeful that something will get me to lose some
weight or at least get a jump-start.
Unfortunately, my problem isn't with being hungry.....I am NEVER really
hungry b/c I eat constantly. Before I go into a room, I take something with
me to eat. Therefore, I am never really hungry for a "meal" (of course I eat
anyway). This is extremely frustrating. I am not a "bad eater"...I mean, my
meal is pretty low fat for the most part...and I am very picky too...no
sauces, no dressings, etc...very weird eater - I should be tiny....it's the
junk I eat in between. I could eat grilled chicken and string beans every
night and be fine with it...it's the chips I eat before and after....:(
