I was wondering if anyone out there can give me some advise about the Atkins Diet. I was thinking of starting it in a few days when I start my new job. I just had some bloodwork done and my cholesteral levels are in within the normal range, so I'm a bit worried with all the fat you consume that I may develop high cholesteral levels. I am on no medication right now, but may have to go back on provera if my second uterine biopsy comes back as hyperplasia. I would like to lose approx 70 pounds, give or take and would like to do it as quickly as possible!! Any suggestions would be soooo appreciated. Fell free to email me with your Atkins success stories/horror stories. I'd like to be as well informed as I can be. Thanks so much in advance, Donna
