Renee has already told you but in case you have missed it, you need to request removal from the list in the following manner: Go to http://forums.obgyn.net/pcos/ . Below the months listed, you will see a blue box and a bullet list of rules. The last bullet gives directions on how to subscribe, unsubscribe or change your membership.
