Most women ovulate within 6 months of starting metformin (91%). That alone may help you become pregnant.

The severe pain and nausea should be discussed with your doctor's office immediately.

There is not a treatment that will remove PCOS. PCOS is genetic. We can treat it but there is not currently a cure.

It is possible for you to get pregnant on any birth control pill, but highly unlikely (less than 1 chance in 100). The effects of the pill may last in your body for 3 months so you may not get pregnant for a couple of months after you stop taking the pill.
