Lisa,
When I feel lousy, it means sleepy, lethargic, brain fog, cranky and
irritable, etc. I gave a lengthy list of my symptoms when I eat carbs in a
recent post.
When I listed my food, I gave more than one option in each meal. So, it's
poached eggs, OR eggs in tortilla. Lunch is salad with meat OR hard boiled
eggs (which I just eat the whites of) OR leftovers. My, that would be a very
filling day if I ate everything I listed. Sorry for the confusion. As far as
my cholesterol goes, it's lower now than it was when I was on a low-fat diet.
My ratio is excellent right now. And I do watch it, since my mother has high
cholesterol. But, 2 eggs a day hasn't hurt my cholesterol any.
