BINGO! there are different levels of severity when it comes to IR...not everyone NEEDS glucophage, and for those who don't they shouldn't bother filling their bodies with unnecessary drugs!! some women NEED additional help controling their insulin resistance, while others can do so completely by diet/exercise. as long as you are treating the IR in some effective manner, than you should see a reduction in symptoms. if diet/exercise are not showing a decrease in symptoms, than other methods may need to be explored =)
