You can try treating the PCOS with Metformin, to fix the insulin thing... It's possible to use this treatment and not to lose weight, but one thing it definitely does do is curb carb cravings. As your metabolism and hunger responses are treated this way, it might help you to keep your anorexia under control as well, not sure! But worth a try!
