Since you have an eating disorder, these may NOT be for you. Ask a Dr. who is familiar with your case history before making any changes. Are you trying to conceive? Is your testosterone level high? A couple of things come to mind.... Change the way you eat. White / Bleached flour and potatoes cause me to bloat beyond belief. Wheat or whole grains don't so that is what I stick to. You can find the equivelant of most foods in wheat/whole grains easily. Potatoes I rarely eat anymore. If you're not trying to conceive you might ask your Dr. about Aldactone / Spironolactone. Not only does it act as an antiandrogen but is a diuretic as well.
