Hi Susie,

Did your endo test your testosterone levels? Are they elevated? Antiandrogens like spironolactone might help your acne if they are caused by high testosterone levels.

how long have you been on the metformin? If you have pcos, metformin should also help with the testosterone levels.

I tried antibiotics myself: was on doxycycline and monocycline. They work, but right after you stop, the acne comes back worse than before. been on them for about 6 months. how about yourself?
