Any ideas for acne? Reply: Katherine: "Re: Any ideas for acne?" Hi...i've been trying to sort out my skin for about 5 years now. It's not terrible but i get pretty bad acne on my back and chest, especially during the winter and my face is far from perfect. I can't take the pill due to migraines and i'm on metformin for PCOS which isn't really helping my skin. I'm lucky in that i don't have any other symptoms of PCOS really and have regular periods. But my skin is just depressing me. I've tried antibiotics which i would warn people off. They don't work and i ended up with candida and awful rash on my face for 5 months (until i worked out what was causing it). Any ideas?
