Hi Renee,
What do you mean when you say that you feel lousy and what types of
symptoms? Do you mean fatigue and sleepiness?
Thanks for the menu. I have a question though. You listed 2 scrambled
eggs for breakfast and 2 more in the tortilla, then at lunch, you eat
more eggs. So you eat 6 eggs a day? Isn't that bad for your
cholesteral?
