There are ways to make positive diet changes even if you can't or are having trouble low carbing. It doesn't always have to be all or nothing. - Eat fresh fruit instead of drinking juice. - Switch from white rice to brown rice. - Eliminate white/bleached flours from your diet. Replace with 100% whole wheat or whole grain. Read the labels on everything you buy !
