Hi!
Yes, Emily I agree totally with Paula. Focus on getting healthy. Women
who are overweight can have more difficult pregnancies. And getting
healthy can also increase your pregnancy chances - Paula is living
proof.
And Paula may I say that I never tire of hearing your story. It is
SOOOOO inspiring to us. Never think that your story has been told here
too many times. I'm sure it has helped so many women with PCOS. I have
a question for you having to do with your PCOS weight loss. I think I
remember you in your previous posts refering to walking being one of
your exercises of choice and that you had to start doing exercises in
bed (are you the same Paula?) in order to get your body ready to be able
to start exercising. I am prone to shin splints and I love to walk but
I get shin splints in short order and then I am benched for days because
of it and it's difficult for me to stay on my program. Any advice? You
can reply here or e-mail me personally. Thanks. God bless, Tera
