I was put on a low card diet but it is 30carbs -per meal, which is about 180 per day. 3 meals and 3 snacks. For breakfast i have either, two eggs on whole wheat or 1/2 cup of Cheerios. For a snack I have an apple. Lunch I eat some kind of chicken and a salad or tuna fish. For another snack I will have graham crackers or pirate booty (they are pretty good). For dinner I have chicken or some kind of meat with vegtables and a salad. My last snack is usually popcorn or a pudding snack. Sometimes I am not even hungry at night to eat any snack. i hope this helps....
