Hi!

Yes, you are doing great (we should all be doing this well). Don't be discouraged. Keep it up. It's probably what the others said - you're gaining muscle which weighs more and losing fat. Keep in mind -- women with PCOS can be very metabolically resistant. It takes more for us to lose - more exercise and even lower carbs than most. It could be a slow process.
