You've probably converted some fat to muscle, and toned up your muscles
somewhat. If you lost those 3 pounds mostly around your abdomen instead of
your limbs, and you toned your abdominal muscles, then you could definitely
have lost 10 inches (which is quite an accomplishment--Don't shortchange
yourself!!!!!) without a huge pound loss (yet).
Keep up the excellent work. I suspect that you will continue to see
improvements. 10 inches in one month is great!!
