Hey,

congratulations on your progress - and staying consistently with your exercise routine. You really are doing great.

Two comments:- muscle wieghs much more than fat. Your measurement reductions clearly tell you that you have lost fat and gained muscle, hence the minimal apparent weight loss. Probably you really did lose 8 - 10 lbs of fat. Anyway, so long as you are making progress and being active and feeling good, you really shouldn't worry about the scale. Accpet the compliments with a smile.

The % body fat stuff is not really all that accurate so don't worry about it.

Key now is to continue with your efforts. you could expect your weight loss to continue if you keep this up. And slow weight loss is far more likely to be sustainable than rapid loss. Go by your measurements and how you feel. Anyway, exercise should be a long term thing to keep you healthy and that is much more important than your supposed % body fat.

Best wishes

Sally
