I have a friend that took meridia and lost some weight but in canada where I am from it has been taken off the shelves because a lot of poeple have died from taking it. Xenical my mother was on and I have a prescription for it but have not filled it because if you eat too much fat(it will only allow a very small percentage of fat intake) you will have the greasy runs all the time not just when you have to go to the bathroom but constantly just running out of you.
