I have had PCOS for about 10 years or so and have had the hair for the same amount of time I used to just let it grow but in the past couple of years I have found that sugaring works pretty good. I use Alexandria body sugaring it may hurt the first couple of times but after that its nothing, the more you shave the worse it is, you end up with a 5 o clock shadow and it grows in thicker and courser. I have tried the other brands but the alexandria works best for me i have yet to try the NADS which i want to try. Keep in mind even though they say the strips are reusable, they are not, if the sugar is too hot it wont work and if it is too cold it wont work either you have to get an inbetween temp. use a little bit of babypowder on the face first it makes it better for the hair to grab on, using the stick put a thin layer of the warm sugar on int eh direction of the hair growth then put on the strip patting it hard then pull the skin taught and rip it off apposite the direction og the hair growth. You may be uncomffortable the first couple of times, but after that you'll get used to it. rinse your face off with warm water afterward and then pluck the strays you couldnt get, its easier to pluck after when the skin if warm.Good luck Lindsaylue --- Carolyn Miller <anonymous@obgyn.net> wrote: > Has anyone gone through laser treatment for hair
