Her food should consist of small items that are nutrient rich. Her physician should be able to help you with this.

Anorexia is a multi-faceted problem and the only advice that I can offer without seeing the patient is that the actual number on the scales are not the most important part of the treatment for anorexia. Please do not focus on the number. It can be very difficult to ignore something that seems so important, but when the phsychological part is taken care of, the scales will take care of themselves. In the meantime, small, nutrient rich finger foods.
