Personally, I like them. They keep me from feeling very bad in the
afternoons.
I keep a bar handy for those "shaky" moments that I get while I am out
(when I do not have some nuts). I also keep a bar with me when I see
the doctor in a "fasting" state. My doctor is over an hour from my home
so I just eat one after my visit. I like the chocolate bars but the
lemon ones are good as well. They are the best tasting bars that I have
eaten.
I cannot comment on the chocolate drink, my son drank all of them when I
bought the case. The vanilla is so-so and the strawberry is ok.
