I started taking the metaform. I started Saturday past. So farI have had headaches(migranes really), frequently trips to potty, lightheadness...dizzy, Oh I am taking spiro too, so the symptoms I am having could be from one or both med's. I am praying that this medication therapy works. I really need to lose weight. I have one whole person to lose. I had the opportunity to be interviewed for a tv program and when I got a chance to see the taped show I cried. I never thought i looked the way I did.. the first thing that came to mind was you have such a pretty face but you are so big. Even my nursing home residents who have dementia make comments about my weight. I am over 330 pounds and I am 5'5" tall. I am have asthma and have not been able to walk like i need to because of it. I do know that I need to do the atkins diet. I was told by my endo that that is what helps....
