In the past i have used Agnus Castus (vitex) together with a low carb diet. I also took Saw Palmetto, Magnesium (good for hormonal balance) and evening primrose oil. A scan showed virtually no cysts on my ovaries and i weighed about 8 and a half stone with virtually no symptoms. However my periods were still not totally regular (although at least i had them!) so i am now on Metformin and have totally regular periods and no real symptoms.
