This isn't my receipe, it's from the archives, but i think I can answer
your questions!
Splenda is a sugar substitute, a new one. It tastes really pretty good,
not very chemically. The best thing is, it doesn't raise our insulin
levels like other substitutes can. I know it's a lifesaver for more
than one woman doing low-carb!
Natural peanut butter is available either at health food stores, or (at
least here in California) at the supermarket. It's basically just
ground up peanuts, nothing added - not your Skippy or Jif, just peanut
mash. Also very tasty, and low in sugar / high protein!
I just noticed someone else jumped in so I hope I didn't just repeat
everything already said :)
