: : I have had two children, both boys, now 10 and 6. I : was 30 and 35 when I conceived them, respectively. I : also weighed 295 and 325. Was diabetic during : pregnancy, am not now diabetic. Had to take Clomid and : did have an ovarian drilling done (which I would not : recommend except as a last-ditch effort). So it IS : possible to get pregnant with a tipped uterus. :

I'm afraid to ask.... what is a ovarian drilling?

I'm on week 3 of metformin, and start clomid next month. That is if I can get thru the metformin without passing out. I'm 38 and this is our first real college try at conceiving - we adopted in 92 and I thought that our 2 girls would be enough. Now that they are 10 and 12 I am REALLY missing the toddler years - so here we go - I don't think I'm going to have anyone drilling on my ovarys tho - it brings up horrible images. Bless your heart for doing it!
