Thanks for your response. While PCOS is unique for each woman that has it, I know for myself that diet and exercise made a big difference. But I think that stress affected me the most. Quitting that job was the best thing I ever did.

Congratulations on your pregnancy. My pregnancy was normal - nothing unusual, and I have heard that except that for an occasional problem with progesterone production early on, most pregnant women with PCOS go on to have normal pregnancies. Good luck with it all, and with nursing, too - don't be afraid of a few baby teeth, either! They rarely bite, and your milk's much better than Gerber's anyway! ( and better for them, too. AAP recommends nursing for the first year of life and the World Heath Organization recommends it for the first two years.)
