Hello everyone...I'm writing because I am very confused and very scared. I am 19 years old and I am not sure if i have PCOS. I have never had a real menstrual period on my own without assistance of birth control pills. I have all if not most of the symptoms of PCOS. I have been to OBGYNs and they just basically hand me the pills. DO i need to go to a Endocrinologist? or just a reg Dr? I am scared to be actually diagnosed because i have never felt normal. I mean i hate the excess hair..the weight..Most girls dread periods..I am Happpy if i get one. I recently started noticing that my hair is thinning. I cry my self to bed almost every night.One of the things i ever wanted was to become a mom in the future. Now i dont know if i will ever be one..which is depressing. If any of u can help me better understand this and tell me i can be normal one day i would soo appreciate it very much.
