It will be interesting to see what your fasting insulin comes up as.

It's certainly possible to have PCOS without having the symptom of irregular periods. It's just one of many symptoms, and some women don't get it, just like some with PCOS don't have acne, or weight gain.

The fatigue could be due to blood sugar problems. I would say that the fact that you conceived after so long once you did a low carb diet is pretty indicative of PCOS too! You'll have to see what your doctor says.

Either way, if you have symptoms of unexplained weight gain, facial hair, and infertility, *something* is going on hormonally with you. If it's determined that it's not PCOS, I would say push real hard to figure out what they think is causing all that, then.
