Although I don't have an answer to your question-you aren't alone. I have the same problems. They have gotten more severe the last few years. While I used to be able to tolerate the sun for hours on end;I cannot endure more than ten minutes in the sun.

I've always had weakness and dizzyness, racing heart etc when I was out for too long without replenishing fluids that were lost sweating, although I am unaware if this applies in your case.

For now;if it is bothersome,;I could only suggest drinking plenty of fluids and as soon as you feel weakness...get out of the sun. That's the only suggestion I've had so far from my doctor. There are so many reasons that this can happen. I'm certain that many women will be able to relate to this problem. Take care. >
