There is no cure for PCOS but it is possible to control the symptoms, sometimes very well. Some women see an improvement in their symtpoms (or some of their symptoms), but not all.
Diet changes can be very beneficial, if you do a search here you'll find great information / suggestions. There are a variety of meds that aid in controling symptoms too...
