I also had tons of skin tags on my neck - I also had 2 on my inner thigh. My regular doctor removed them in one office visit by spraying something on them. Within 3 days all had fallin off and there is no scaring (this was about 5 weeks ago) HOWEVER, I'm allergic to adhesives and he put band-aids on all of them. Within an hour my neck was on fire so I pulled them all off. I STILL have scarring from the band-aides and let me tell ya, it is UGLY - but it is slowly fading thank goodness. When I put a band-aide on, and it's taken off, there is a nasty red mark where the band-aide was - it slowly turns brown - and it just looks awful. Crossing my fingers the brown spots will be gone soon. Good luck with the removal - it was painless for the most part and I was pleased that I didn't have to see a specialist for it and totally confuse my insurance company (military insurance). I'd like to have my facial hair removed but they say that it's cosmetic and they won't cover it :(
