I've heard that starting and stopping bcp's can make body hair grow. Is this true? My doc. put me on a orthotricycline when I was diagnosed with pcos. Now that I have found this site, I realized that was a mistake. My symtoms of acne and hair got worse and I went to see an endo who told me to stop taking the pill and put me on spiro on that day. I've been on the pill for about 5 months. Just wondering if anyone know how long the pill's effects can last in the body?? Been on spiro for about 3 and a half months. Still see more hair sprouting up and hair turning darker, but hair has stopped falling off my head. not happy about this.
