Most people eat dinner around 6-7pm, so I you finish at 8pm, from 8pm to 8am the next day is already 12 hours... Unless you are suggesting that you get up extra early and eat a lot and get tested in late afternoon? But who can eat a lot of carbs so early in the morning?

>>Just simply tell your doctor you want a glucose/insulin fasting blood
>>test. Demand it. Eat lots of carbs a day or two before, and don't fast
>>more than 8 hours before the test. If your glucose level is still on
>>the low side and your insulin is over 10, chances are you have IR. You
>>don't have to be overweight to be IR. I did not start gaining until my
>>mid 30's. Before that I was wonderfully thin, even though I suffered on
>>and off from IR symptoms and had pcos and didn't know it at the time.
