Re: Possible Spotting??

LOL... I've been in the EXACT same situation. Had a UTI, with blood, which I hoped was a period coming on... went to the health clinic, had to produce a sample... with blood... was asked "Are you having your period?" and had to answer, "I don't know." Was asked, "Should you be?" and again had to answer, "I don't know." Was then of course asked, "Well, when was your last period?" and had to answer, "Seven or eight months ago, I think?" Ahhh, PCOS...

There's really no way to tell if you were really spotting or if it was blood from the UTI... I mean, for us to tell... if it cleared up with the meds for the UTI, I'd say it wasn't... but if it was spotting, of the ovulatory sort, it would only last a short while anway, meaning its possible for the start of the meds and the end of the spotting to coincide... Sorry I can't be more helpful... I just thought it was funny to see someone going through the same confusion I have. (Not ha ha funny, just... interesting...)
