I just read that the GI of foods are basically the same disregarding portions. Does this mean that it is better to ie: eat one piece of cake in a sitting rather than divide it between lunch and dinner? I read in one of the posts from below that there is a glucose based and white bread GI list. Which one do you guys go by?
