Well, I am 5' 4" tall and 115 lbs. I have mantained my weight for the
last 2 years...due to my changes in eating. I became a
vegetarian...avoiding dairy as well as meat...and I also have candida
problems, so I stay away from yeast. An additional help is avoiding all
items containing processed sugar. I do gain weight though if I start
eating alot of bread and eat things with sugar and dairy. As soon as I
stop and go back to my normal eating habits, then the weight goes away
again. I have noticed that when I do eat those things, my symptoms get
worse.
