Anonymous you might want to try getting it through anyway! We had Aetna up until about 2 years ago and as I recall theyw re pretty wonderful and covered almost anything. I would go to the dermatologist, explain what you want done, and have your derm. charge Aetna for an office visit or something like that. Doctors have lots of experience in helping their patients actually get insurance coverage!
