I have heard that sometimes it is covered by insurance, sometimes it isn't. Of course, it's looked at as cosmetic to health insurance companies, however, I am wondering if I can prove that it should be covered due to the fact that we get these because of an insulin problem, and therefore, it is a medical reason. I have so many tags around the sides and back of my neck that if I had to pay for each one to be removed, it would probably cost a ridiculous amount. I'd appreciate any and all responses to this.
