Your body may adjust at some point, or may not. I am on Aldactone 200mg /day. My cycles were crazy long before the Aldactone came along. It *might* be a contributing factor but since I'm irregular as it is, it doesn't matter LOL. I'm very happy with Aldactone, I've been on it for almost 2 years now. It would be a fight to get it away from me :-). I've had very good success with diet changes and Aldactone.
