I called my insurance nurse help line for recommendations of a pain med. She found Tylenol would be ok but not NSAIDS, Ibuprofen, Aleve or Motrin. They may lower blood sugars, which is what Gluc. should do. I also take Celebrex and Neupron for back pain, and aspirin for heart blockage.so I was concerned about adding an otc med.
