It's very bad, see The Thyroid Solution by Dr. Ahrem(sp?) or just enter the words soy and thyroid at http://www.google.com

There are a lot of negatives about soy that are just getting out - contrary to the corporate interests in keeping that information away from people. There really should be warning labels on soy products for people with thyroid disease.
