What about fruits and veggies? It sounds like you're eating some, but not a lot. It could be that your caloric intake is way down and needs to be increased or could you be slightly dehydrated?

You could try an online food journal like the one at http://www.dietwatch.com - it used to be free but now there is a monthly fee. Anyway, it's an online food diary it will total your protein, fat, calories, sodium, iron, vitamin C and A. You can log in from any computer. I found it very helpful in tracking my intake when I was struggling to lose weight.
