If you are this sensitive to sugar, I would work to really look for hidden sugars in your diet. This would include starchy carbs, and any sources of flour and sugar. Also, I wonder if you had been screened for diabetes. BE sure to have a fasting and two hour done, and learn your results. You might be 'borderline diabetic' which means you might have impaired glucose tolerance, which is almost the same as insulin resistance. PCOS is very closely assosciated with Insulin resistance, and also type 2 diatetes. Also, if you have taken antibiotics recently they can really cause yeast infeections in sentitive women. Also, look at the medications you are taking. They sometimes contain hidden sugar. Look for all the sources of hidden sugar. A good book that talks about sugar and diet is: The Diet Cure: http://home.attbi.com/~cnmpat/dietcure.htm
