It took me about 6 months on the spiro to notice that I wasn't going to have a breakout anymore but in the last couple of years even though I'm on the Spiro (went off of it for a while, will explain in a post I'm sending later) I also take prenatal vitamins. I've been taking prenatal vitamins for 2 years now and have been very pleased with the results.
