Sorry to hear about your hair. I also was losing a lot of hair also.

I started taking Advanced Shen Min for Women. It helped me a lot. I made a firend of mine take it also- she does not have PCOS but was losing hair to form a widow's peak. Anyway, we both like it. We have had hair grow in. THe other thing that is pretty good is NIOXIN shampoo/conditioner (45-day starter kit).

I would ask you dr. if s/he thinks it is ok to take the Shen Min. I am on Net and still take the shen min with no trouble.

I think it has helped me a lot- but it could be coincidence. My friend thinks it helped a LOT. GIve it a try.
