Thanks for the vitamin info. I'm going to try those.

I don't know how off balance your diet gets, but I do know the importance of eating lots of veggies, fruits and grains when you're a vegetarian, my father is one of the rare diabetic vegetarians - he was always more of a non-meat eater, lots of white pasta, cheese and diet soda.

I think the trick is to resist the first craving because it can become a downward spiral pretty quickly. But I know that it can be hard, (every now and then I'll eat a bag of tortilla chips - though now I buy a good organic brand) I really think you'll have less cravings on a higher dose of gluc., I know I did.
