the pain is not from a large penis. I have the same symptom, and my bf is not *gifted in that area*. that pain is from after the orgarm because your uterus ect contracts. when that happens it aggrivates your ovaries. I myself have large cysts in my ovaries, and when i do have an orgarm, (if the cysts are large) the pain is horrible. after i have the cysts removed, the pain disappears.

Hope this helps. and glad that i'm not the only one out there with that kind of pain.

(I actually ruptured a cyst from that one time, sending me to the hosp for a blood transfusion because i have a bleeding disorder in which i do not clot. this just shows that these contractions, and ovarian pain are serious stuff)
