My PCOS is also mild. That is why I take a low does of Glucophage XR.
He started me out on 1000mg/day, but I got the same results from
500mg/day, so why take more when you can take less, right? But
apparently I may need more now.
I do take a multi-vitamin...it is a whole foods supplement (Natures
Plus) It has 100mg of both B-12 the other B's.
