Hi!
It sounds like you're really struggling. I also have asthma and I know
what a downer it can be. If it's not the asthma it's the shin splints.
Three to five puffs a day is a good amount. The prednisone isn't
helping you? Wow! It should be. You might want to try Singulair. My
brother has really bad asthma. He goes through about one inhaler every
month to two months. He's been on singulair for a while now and hasn't
replaced his inhaler and it's been five months!
I'm sure you already know this already, but the excess weight will make
your weaziness worse. It's crazy, isn't it? You need to lose weight to
help with asthma and losing weight makes asthma worse by exercising. I'm
in the same boat. Good for you for getting out there. You're on your
way! I'll be thinking about you! God bless, Tera
